All visualizations and other images and textual descriptions on all presentation materials of the Bydlení Meta development project can display and contain, in addition to the standard design, possible client changes and are therefore only illustrative. All depictions and descriptions of the project, or any part thereof, together with any information provided regarding the project, are not an offer to enter into any legal arrangement or a promise or obligation to enter into such legal arrangement. The final appearance of the exteriors and interiors and the description of the entire project and any part of it, the materials or products used may differ from the images and descriptions on the presentation materials and websites related to the project. The form of the project can be gradually specified or changed within the framework of the contractual documentation concluded with interested parties.

In the event of a dispute with consumers, the subject of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection or another entity authorized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to proceed according to the Act on Consumer Protection.
